• Carpet Fibre (Wool/Wool Mix/Synthetic/Not known)
• Rooms to be cleaned (living room, through lounge, bedrooms, halls/stairs/landing)
• Approx. room sizes
• Dark traffic areas/lanes (yes//no)
• Type of Stains (specify coffee/tea, drink, food, ink, paint, makeup, wax, glue)
• Degree of staining (few small stains, many vary size)
• Significant accidents (greater than 2 inches diameter)
• Seating material (synthetic (polyester, nylon, acrylic, olefin) / natural (cotton, wool, silk, linen) / Leather (we only clean faux!)/ No idea!)
• Sofa Size (2 seater, large 2 seater, 3 seater, 5 seater corner)
• Sofa / Chair Placement (carpet, laminate floor, wood floor)
• 3 Piece Suite Value (purchase price/price estimate/not sure)
• Poof / Footstool (small, large, no)
• Years since last clean (approx. years/not known)
